WHEN A FUN DAY BECOMES SOMETHING MORE....
Today was supposed to be a fun day out and it was but it ended up becoming the start of something useful. I went to an event just to be around people and take in the day, but somewhere along the line I found myself moving from casual interest into actually doing something with it. That is how my first real day of learning this began — not with a big announcement, just a quiet shift into trying to understand data for myself.
The biggest challenge was not even the data itself, but getting everything to work properly. I kept running into problems with the file path in Visual Studio Code, and that was frustrating because I knew the data was there, but the system was not reading it the way I expected. Even simple things like loading the file correctly took more effort than I thought they would. I had to keep checking, correcting, and trying again until it finally made sense.
What made it interesting was seeing the data turn from something abstract into something real, and it reminded me of the idea of tiny improvements from Atomic Habits. Small actions really do build into something bigger, and this felt like one of those moments. It all began to feel Real. I am still learning, still confused about a lot, and completely fine with that.
"A normal day that quietly turned into the beginning of something new."
